The Consulate performs notarization services on documents that will be used in the Philippines. The Consulate can take affidavits, witness and authenticate the signing of documents, take acknowledgments of deeds and other conveyances, and make certified true copies of original documents. The Consulate can also take depositions that will be used in a Philippine court.

RELEASE OF DOCUMENTS
The release of processed documents is three (3) business days from lodgement. Applicants can have their document(s) mailed to their preferred mailing address but must provide a self-addressed and stamped envelope for this purpose. Otherwise, applicants are welcome to pick their documents up from the office once completed.
